What equipment do I need to start a live internet radio talk show?

I’ve been told that I need a mixer w/phantom power, an ADDA audio interface, and condenser mics. But i’m cost conscious right now and I just want to work with two el-cheapo mics to get a 2-man internet radio talk show going. I also want to have music in between talks.

What equipment do I need?
Yes, I need a computer and internet access. I got that part down.

Where can I get training in home audio-video electronics?

I would “love” to be able to take up a part time job as a home theatre installer or a sales-person or a support technician in a specialized audio-video store.
