I have a very high-end audio receiver and the best cable box that my cable company offers, so I am relatively confident that my equipment is not at fault … especially since it doesn’t happen on any other TV channel.
It’s really takes away from their coverage, just curious if anyone else notices it.

The only thing I can think of is you have the audio receiver set on auto and it’s switching between different modes because it thinks the source is changing. Hard set it on pro logic II if you can. I have noticed the same thing once in a while with live events though.
